We all know the importance of feedback - whether it's what we give to students, or what we receive personally and/or professionally. The ability to reflect on this feedback is what allows us to identify and continue what has been successful, as well as find pathways to even greater accomplishments.
If you recall last year, I sent you a link to a survey with the 4 rounding questions:
- What is going well?
- What has been challenging?
- How can I support you?
- Who has been especially helpful to you in the last few weeks?
If you have met with me already this fall, you don't need to fill it out (unless you have something new to share!). I'd like to invite the rest of the staff (ALL STAFF) to complete the survey with your honest feedback. This allows me to continue to support the right things (successess!), to address things that are difficult, and to recognize the staff members that are helping others along the way.
