Warm Demander Check In

Warm Demander: How's it going?

We talked about Warm Demanders at the welcome back, so now that we're a month into it, I'm including this as a check in.  Take a minute to review the definition, compare it to other approaches, and talk with your colleagues about your successes and challenges. It's about having the expectation that "you can do hard things", whether you're an educator, employer or parent!  It's something that all of us can strive for in our everyday interactions with our students.

Thank you to staff who have found and shared additional resources on the topic of Warm Demanders (or something similar).  It reminds me that this concept isn't new, and cotinues to be referenced in a variety of publications, etc. - all with the focus on the power of having high expectations.

Keep discussing, implementing, reflecting, and learning!
