Sometime this week, please review your severe weather location, and the crouch position.While we will not be doing an all-school practice at that time, staff are asked to do the following:

Please review:

• Classroom teachers:  review the overhead message: Shelter for tornado. Go to your tornado shelter area. In addition, review the crouch position (crouch low, head down, protecting the back of the head with their arms), and visit your classroom's severe weather (tornado) location - 2025-2026.  ALSO - please show students where they would go if they were at lunch (hallway between Deanna and Ryan's classrooms).

• Specialists: review your location with your students

• First day of School (Tuesday August 26):

• Cafeteria Cool Tool - show video, and then come to the cafeteria a few

minutes early to review expectations with custodial/nutrition staff

• Arrival and Dismissal  (bus and morning) - please review morning line up

outside and review dismissal; bus line up will be reviewed in gym at the end of the day

• 2nd day of School (Wednesday, August 27):

• Bathroom 

• Begin/End of Day (Parent drop off) - share in newsletter before school starts

• 3rd day of School (Thursday, August 28):
